Why Onboarding Fails in Today’s Legal Market

Post COVID Psychological Shifts

The workforce entering law firms today has significantly less psychological resilience than pre COVID staff. Isolation, anxiety, and ongoing stress have lowered tolerance for pressure and reduced engagement.
