Have you ever thought about what your firm's greeting says to your callers?
Or if the tonality of your receptionist conveys boredom and distraction?
Do you know your intake specialist is building a relationship, not just conducting an interview (or worse, an interrogation)?
Your intake specialist could be throwing away thousands of dollars worth of business every single day due to bad intake habits, lack of awareness, and lack of sales training.
Yes, intake is a sales position.
If you're worried that your intake specialist is throwing away your hard-earned marketing dollars and costing six figures in opportunity cost, we can help.
This January, we are offering an open enrollment intake certificate course.
This class is geared toward smaller firms with combined intake and reception, firms with intake and paralegal in dual roles, and teams that have gone through private bootcamp and need to train up their newest member.
Brooke was an intake manager for a personal injury firm and is bringing her emotional intelligence (EQ) approach to the table in teaching this series.
Our certificate course is a comprehensive option for training your intake team in an open enrollment environment with other intake specialists. We will start with an orientation and introduce some tools you can use to get your intake in shape even before the classes start.
In a Zoom classroom once a week we will cover everything from call handling to closing and spend plenty of time on complex topics like psychology of sales.
Team members will be graded on participation and completion of homework. Those who get a passing grade for the course will receive a certificate from our program.
First class is in the beginning of January.
