Hello- my name is Brooke Birkey and I'm the Owner and Lead Coach of Level Up Law Firm Business Coaching. I have spent most of my career in the legal industry and offer results-oriented team training solutions in intake, case management, and leadership.
My approach to training is based on systems theory, and results in increasing firm revenue by reducing opportunity costs such as lost leads, excessive case time-on-desk, and leadership inefficiencies.
At Level Up Law Firm Business Coaching, our mission is to provide exceptional consulting services that empower our clients to achieve their business goals and scale up all of their departments simultaneously. We deliver customized team-oriented solutions that meet the needs of each business as a whole. Our training programs are rooted in emotional intelligence to help our clients achieve lasting, transformational results rather than just behavior modification that doesn't last.
Level Up Law Firm Business Coaching organization's strategy is different from other organizational health systems. We approach business health from the inside out, rather than the outside in. Our process works well with other systems-oriented structures like EOS. The best fit for our services is a firm that has at least two tiers of leadership (senior and middle) and dedicated team members who are interested in helping the business grow and scale.

Avery is studying at Florida Gulf Coast University and wants to own her own business someday. In her free time, she likes to crochet, paint, cook/bake, and play with her cat, Merlin.
